Tali comes from a family with weight challenges and has learned to overcome them by exercising and eating right.  Having three children of her own Tali gained over 40 pounds with each pregnancy. Taking off the weight was not easy, but her knowledge and hard work paid off.
 
Tali has succeeded in changing bodies and minds  of many women by inspiring them to make changes in their lives through goal setting, appropriate workout sessions, and teaching good eating habits.
